Jonathan has been playing tabletop RPGs for roughly over a decade and has a passion for getting friends together and having fun. From growing passions through running murder mysteries for friends, he took his love of tabletop RPGs and tried to get all of his friends under the same roof to play with each other, make new connections, and help new players find a way to engage with the community. As the events have grown and solidified themselves in Regina, he has started developing a team to help create a better series of events for the community
Chad first heard about Dungeons & Dragons in the 1980s when his older sister told him about students in her class playing a game during lunch hour that only used paper, pencils, and strange dice. 30+ years later, he is an experienced DM / GM of several systems and is well versed on the rules and lore of several others. Role-playing games allow him to tell stories and see the immediate response from players. For him, it is about the social interaction and the connections made around the table. Chad is also one of the owners of ComicReaders Downtown, a locally owned and operated comic and gaming store in Regina.
Making sure her game table is a fun, safe place for all players to explore is the most important thing for Jocelyn when she is running a game. Mostly as a game master, Jocelyn has been playing D&D and other TTRPGs for over 20 years and has helped organize games for board game nights and recurring library programs in Regina and Estevan before joining the Dinner and Dragons board. She is also a fundraising professional, has worked in the non-profit sector for over 10 years and is a mother. In her free time, when she can find some, Jocelyn is a watercolour artist and enjoys creating beautiful things.
Alex is a lawyer at Kanuka Thuringer LLP. He has a life-long experience playing, hosting, and organizing role-playing games of all kinds and is also an active member of Regina's Warhammer community.
Aubrey first discovered Dungeons and Dragons when he was six and since then has been playing and DM’ing for over 20 years. He has worked at Games Workshop in the past and in addition to RPGs enjoys trade card games. With this position he is hoping to spread his love of social gaming and help people grow personally through the medium of role playing games. He has been a practicing HR professional for over a decade and has a range of experiences in sports, both as a player and a coach, that have contributed to his appreciation for growing as people together.
Robert has been both a Dungeon Master and Player for multiple tabletop roleplaying games for over a decade, his passion for gaming and storytelling has led him to a career in the Saskatchewan Film and Entertainment Industry. He hopes that he can bring his experience in running successful campaigns for his own gaming groups in order to show the importance that drama, improv, and human connection have for developing individuals, and the mental and physical wellbeing of people.
Jon is a middle years school teacher here in Regina and has been involved in the development of Dungeons & Dragons clubs at Judge Bryant School and a few other places. He finds that role-playing games like Dnd or Hero Kids are terrific for encouraging imagination, teamwork, and math skills. He usually plays the role of a dungeon master but is fortunate to be playing in a campaign (“Tyranny of Dragons”) right now. His favourite class is Rogue since everyone likes to have a sneaky guy in the party. When he is not rolling dice and running away from monsters, Jon is taking care of his rescue dogs or driving his kids to highland dance practice.
Erin is a teacher working in rural schools around Regina. She has started a DnD club at Greenall High School, which has seen great uptake among the students. She has been playing TTRPGs for a few years, and enjoys being DM as well as a player. She has been playing in an ongoing online campaign for over three years! Outside of that, Erin enjoys all things fibre arts - spinning yarn, weaving, crocheting, and felting. She also sings in a number of community choirs, and enjoys spending time with her cats.
Robyn has been playing Dungeons and Dragons for several years, and acting as a Dungeon Master for longer. He is a writer, editor, advocate, and accessibility consultant. He first played Dungeons and Dragons when an international group of misfits asked him to be their Dungeon Master. The chaos of organizing games naturally led him to working with non-profits, amplifying the voices of those who need to be heard, particularly in accessibility rights and inclusivity. He believes strongly in the intersection of creative play and strengthening community, where Dinner and Dragons proudly sits. He likes long walks on the beach, where he can watch for, and hunt, the kraken.
Nathanial has been interested in Dungeons and Dragons (D&D) before he even knew existed. One of his first experiences playing D&D was at a Dinner and Dragons and he absolutely loved it. His favourite class is a Bard as it allows for the most shenanigans, vicious mockery is the best cantrip change my mind. Nathanial is a registered Social Worker who has had experience working in mental health, support adults with intellectual disabilities, at risk youth, and case management. His most recent experience this past year has been working for the Regina Catholic School board which has allowed him to help run a D&D club between 3 schools and is practicing how to DM. Some extra tidbits about me are that I love animals, my favourite video game is World of Warcraft, and my favourite miniature tabletop game is Blood Bowl!
